This patch is for the Official BIS Mapper Program which creates maps for the game Fallout 2. It modifies the "mapper2.exe" in memory for the purposes of increasing the visual resolution.
Highlights of version 2.0:
Updated the Hi-res Mapper patch up to the currect fallout2 hi-res patch.
Improved the code for restarting fallout via the button in the Screen Settings window.
Re-worked the code and ini files relating to hi-res map scroll boarders(edges).
Added a new menu in the top bar for accessing the screen and hi-res map edge settings.
Set mapper to use original map scroll blockers when in 640x480 mode.
