Explanation:
My friends and I didn't like the old sheet so much and felt grenades weren't exactly a good "trap" without the whole tripwire deal. Explosives skill was made for this and various other acts of demolition(Throwing is still a factor in hand grenades). The skill will determine setting fuses, manufacture of explosives, and removing obstacles.
We didn't think it fitting that a player 'equip' a vehicle, but actually the reverse.
Offhand items garner no benefit other than not having to look an item up in the book every time you want to use it. You can put grenades, stimpacks, rocks,and anything else here.
Burn Resistance is a new base value stat we've started using. It has been tested, in a little "experimental" setting. Not in a full game as of yet.

Human-15%
Ghouls-0%
Mutant-30%
Dog-5%
Deathclaw-30%
