Until I hear "Isometric view", "SPECIAL system", "non-linearity", "turn-based combat" and "paths for diplomat, thief and combat characters" then I'm dubious about Fallout 3 by Bethesda.

Maybe the story will be romantic. Maybe your hero is a rich, young noble who falls in love with his chamber maid, but she is kidnapped by an evil raider who sells her as a whore on streets of Accapulco, and you travel the wastes to rescue your bride.
Enrique and Esmeralda - a random picture or a leaked Fallout 3 screenshot?
Non-linear storyline - Enrique gets to choose between Esmeralda and this charming dude...
