Me and a friend started to collaborate on an expansion for Fallout 3 (thus title of this topic ). Our Ideas as of now:

Requirements: All DLCs (especially Broken Steel)

New Stuff:
- Expanded level cap to level 40
- Many New perks
- New Creatures to encounter
- Storyline(s)? set in the New York Ruins (A.K.A. "The Rotten Apple")
- New Weapons and Armor

I'll continue to update in the future, in the meantime: you can PM me for ideas, suggestions, how-to help on certain things, and even to place an explosive in my pockets! Hope to update soon!
