Hi
I would like to know if an unofficial Patch for the GOTY edition of FO3 exists.
Not sure if such patch is needed but I would like to make sure that the game is fixed to the max.

There is the following mod that may suit your needs. It also covers the DLC's. However, there are still a couple of glitches I've noticed they still missed; like ductwork floating mid-air behind buildings in Canterbury Commons and a baby carriage floating above the buildings around Point Lookout pier.
