No, the legion character is C.D. and it's mostly melee speech sneak, this one is a NCR run. Going into Zion with light armor, low endurance, Enemy AI and Project Nevada is not a good idea. _________________

The Doctor investigates a weird floating-eye-dog (this glitch fit pretty well considering the character I was playing). Edit: Old World Blues also fits pretty well with the Doctor, it even has Vashta Nerada. The sonic emitter is also just a sonic screwdriver with a trigger.

Nah you can't, but it is probably fixable with a little bit of tinkering in the GECK. I like the look of it though cause it fits with the theme I went with this character, that is a free-contracted mercenary and a top hunter/contester of The Thorn.

To get the right view you just hold F to turn the game´s camera.
If you mean the actual taking of the screenshot, you either press print screen and copy it into paint, or you press f10 in game with fraps on. A screenshot gets put into the screenshot folder in the fraps folder automatically.
