Pretty much. They raised a lot of hell to get another season. It was a decent series overall though. I disliked the romance bullshit though. The last thing I'm worried about during the apocalypse is finding another pussy.

I recently watched the first season of "My name is Earl" and I loved it. A very enjoyable show, I think.

Did the same with Workaholics. Pretty good if you're a stoner like me.

Never got into My Name is Earl.

Workaholics is alright, yes. Has its funny moments and gets that slacker-loser-culture pretty right.

Agreed. It was horrible. I quit watching it at that point. Season One was very awesome and Season Two was pretty good too.

He is in jail for half of it, in a coma for a while, some episodes about bad Earl and some about Billie. Every episode had gimmicky bullshit that the first two season didn't have. It was like Season 5 of Quantum Leap times a thousand.

Saw the second season of Rome, after watching the first (naturally).
I liked it, although I was expecting more action - battles please! - and less drama. Loved the little details I didn't really know yet (grafitti, hemp use, ...), but don't know how correct they are.

Went to library and got the first season of Misfits, but returned it without watching, 'cause it looked pretty childish. Was I wrong? Anybody here seen Misfits and thought it was 'awesome'?

Hiring something, judging it without seeing it and thus returning it is childish.

Wait... Isn't that why they put a cover on a dvd/book/cd/...? So one would be able to judge it without seeing/reading/hearing it?

Cool

You're too young to outwit me, antipodean. Wink
