I'm very fond of the Albian-Aptian transition of the early-mid Cretaceous. I'll die screaming - but with my curiousity SO sated!

@zegh8578 honestly most likely me too, but at the hands of an Englishman with a loose claim to Northern France, and I’d die in battle defending one of my ancestral homelands (France at large, not Northern France). I’d also like to be around for the French Revolution, just see how that turns out. Had ancestors that were a part of that too.

Now is fine I guess. Lots of places that'd be cool to visit but living now ain't that bad.

Interwar period. Would be interesting to watch the Old Continent rebuild from the ashes of one war and plunge into another.

I'm with Risewild here. Either it's all over for humans 5k years in the future or we've figured out a lot and everything's likely much better.

Medieval? Like when is that? Does it coincide with the Dark Ages? You realize we regressed then?!

I just want to explore other planets and not have to worry about aging.

Yeah. We have a good idea of most time periods of the past. But who knows what will be the state of humanity, the planet and even the universe so far in the future.

I would prefer to see the unknown. Also, the future might bring "holodeck" technology, so it allows us to (kinda) experience other time periods at will. :V

Holodeck technology would require a method to convert energy into matter which is basically fantasy.

Obviously we regressed, @Squadcar. I wanna see humanity at its worst.

Okay but can they create fully sentient beings and then use them as prostitutes? BTW yes that's a thing in star Trek according to DS9.

You can be sure, that in time pornhub, or any other porn related company, will finance research and development of that technology.

After all, porn has been helping advance technology for a while now.

Like that time that an inferior format succeeded over betamax solely because the porn industry went with VHS?

It did the same with the Polaroid cameras.

But it helped technology in way more ways than that.

For example, the internet became popular because of the porn industry, the increase of bandwidth capacity was also due to porn, online payments technology, streaming video technology, etc.
