What's a MHA?
I assume it's My Hero Academia because everybody won't shut the fuck up about it.
My Hero Academia. 40 episodes in and there barely is a hint of a plot beyond "Highschool hijinks".
I'm all over one piece's dick atm. It's so good but after the alabasta arc there's a filler arc every other arc it seems.
The Persona 5 anime is such shit, I was expecting very little from A-1 Pictures and they managed to deliver even less.
Pblttttt I don't give no cares about a Persona anime. But I have been meaning to give the series a go. I got a buddy that has 3, 4, & 5.
Play the games. Don't bother with the abominations A-1 puts out.
altho, in my opinion Persona 3 is the weakest of the new trilogy.
P5 game: Kamoshida is presented as a realistic abusive teacher, the implications of physical abuse being all contextualized to sports practice and you see him gossiping with other teachers and interacting with them.
How can a new trilogy start with 3? Shouldn't a second trilogy begin with 4?
P5 anime: All his interactions with other teachers are presented without sound and he just straight up beats up a girl on screen while putting on a "maniac face".
Persona 2 was 2 different games. It's complicated.
.... you what m8?
The first Trilogy is Persona 1, Persona 2 and Persona 2 2.
Nvm I just did the research persona 2's sequel is also titled persona 2 but with a new subtitle. It's not so complicated as you implied.
The publication history is complicated. Also, the story is really weird involving Hitler being resurrected with rumor Magic and alternate realities.
Doesn't help that the PSP remake of P2:Eternal Punishment never got a Western release so ppl who attempt to go for P1 and P2:Innocent Sin will need to emulate the (iirc) poorly dubbed PS1 version.
As for the P5 anime, I never had expectations for it. All I'm hoping is for some comedy akin to the type surrounding Yu in P4's first anime.
Only Persona 1 had a bad lcalization on the PS1, it attempted to change the setting to be american and renamed all Demons to scrub any religious reference from the game. Persona 2 on PS1 did get a good translation, but only the sequel got localized.
Ah... now I remember. EP was the only one that got released while IS didn't.
On the PSP it got reversed, with the Innocent sin remake getting a localization and the Eternal Punishment remake didn't like you initial said, it's weird.
