I found something online at the Steam Community about running FIXT with Steam, but apparently, it doesn't work for Gog Galaxy. Has someone figured out how to run this mod through using Gog Galaxy by clicking the play button?

Steam version seemes to cause a lot of headache for modding Fallout.

Now i don't know what "Gog Galaxy" is however You should purchase both fallout 1 and 2 on "Good Old Games" site. Their versions seem to work correctly with mods and are mostly DRM-free.

And as sugested in another topic: make a one big megathread where You ask all of Your questions, instead of making a thread every minute..

I already have Fallout 1 and 2 from Gog, together with 3, New Vegas, and Tactics.

Installing FIXT places the game in a different folder within the Fallout folder. The only way for me to run it is to go into that folder and click the file.

However, I have no problem getting the game to run with both unofficial TeamX patches and the no-child fix.

Create a shortcut, what's the problem with that?

    I don't think so.

If you really want it to count, you can try to copy all files from Fixt directory into main Fallout directory, make sure that exe has the same name (that is launched by Galaxy), and correct paths to critter.dat and master.dat in fallout.cfg.
Make backups if necessary, of course.

I tried copying everything to the fallout folder, deleting everything except master.dat and critter.dat, just as the instructions for running the game in steam said. I even renamed the launch file. And it didn't work. I kept getting an error.

Dude, you need to read the site rules when it comes to bug reporting or troubleshooting otherwise you just waste yours and everyone else's time.

Have you even checked out the site rules? At first I thought you were just a little slow but you're starting to look like a troll more by each thread you make and the number of those just goes up and up.

Get with the program or they're gonna ban your sorry hide.
