There's a new translation effort of Fallout: Sonora in the works by @Cambragol and the latest update can be found here. As I understand it the translation effort is still in a phase of roughening out the edges and you can find the changelog here. Download is available here.

This is an updated version of killap's Restoration Project for Fallout 2.
Installation
RPU must be installed on vanilla game.
RPU requires starting a new game after installation.
(One exception is updating from RP or a previous RPU version).
Windows
Download rpu_v*.exe from the latest release page.
Launch, point the installer to the game directory, choose language and options.
After installation, see mods/rpu.ini for various settings that can be configured...
The MIB88 Megamod current full version is 2.45.3 with a 2.45.4 incremental patch to apply (included in the file). This latest version contains some new content, but mostly corrects errors from previous versions of this mod. See also the Megamod FAQ. The weather system has been removed as it was the cause on many issues.
Do not expect previously saved games to work... mainly due to the fact that Klint has been completely rewritten. Please post any problems you encounter on the Megamod Bug...
