I cant get into any of the locked doors in EPA with the RP. I keep getting incorrect code or unauthorized access when i click on them. Also I cant seem to really do anything within EPA base. Any suggestions?

I never actually got a map to the base, I usually found the back door or by luck. I have the RP installed but it dosent show me where the base is. Any ideas? :?
