I was fuckin' around looking up "skeletonizer raygun" because the idea of a raygun turning a person in a bear bones (literally haha) skeleton like in the old movies back then was quite humourous! made these sprites (far right, third collumn) of Mark 3 variants of Jacket, Leather, Metal and Combat armors. These would have a small upgrade in Normal DT/DR, but also a major sidegrade in other resistance types these sprites are free to use if you desire them in your fallout fan game.

there is no need for recoloring, you just layer the armor sprites on top of the dweller sprites in paint.net and delete the un-important pixels it's not hard it's just very repetitive

how do I find overseer? I searched the info on warrior mountain, did the area 51 quest, and there are no clues or suggestions what to do next. The guide doesn't give a comphrehnsive answer. what do I do?how do I progress main quest?
