I am a new GM. I am trying to understand something. As far as I know and from what I understand. If my small guns is 75% and I 95%+ It becomes a critical failure. What if my skill % is 95+ and get 95+ rolls do I still critically fail? Do I never Critically fail now? Or does rolling change?
