Has the sharpshooter perk has been fixed? If i have PE 10, than take Sharpshooter, a chance to hit target changes from 9 to 25%? I heard it was bugged before and doesn''t count if you have 10 PE. So is it useful or not in my case?

Are your sure that the version you installed was unpatched? Maybe that's the problem?

ANYONE HELP with fade in/out problem (i described it in my previous post) - is it a hardware problem? Or XP problem? Killap, need help please - it is really an annoying thing.

I'm playing fallout 2 with killap's patch and have a problem - while executing the game - it slowly fades in and out (video). Anyone knows how to fix it? But sometimes it works as it should...
