How do i open shady sands? i keep getting errors, I got Access Violation then I put the mapper in the fallout 2 folder and when I try to open the map it says internal error, in the logs it says it needs pro files but I don't know what to do

I want to turn Ian into a super mutant, I save but when I open the game, Ian doesn't transform, someone know how to solve it?
