I actually used 'movetoqt' twice on the part where you have to activate the security holograms for Dean, what do I have to do now?

It just opens the warning again, same as I click on the 'OK'

Part of the mission

Tried reloading from the auto save from me entering the theater, redoing the whole situation again, without the speech checks or anything, just doing everything straight, still every time I kill him it keeps telling me "Dean has died" and won't let me close it.

I tried searching the whole internet, I found nothing, I encountered a bug on the mission "Curtain Call at the Tampico", after I kill Dean Domino, a window saying "Dean has died" pops up and it won't let me close it, I keep pressing OK and it would just dont disappear, please help me find a...
