Play it without mods then see if you need one. I just play with Xconn's Ripoff mod but it changes a lot of stuff.

Funny given how much Bethesda hates New Vegas and would love nothing more then to recon it from existence. Seems they are desperate now.

I'm not so convinced they hate New Vegas. They probably like that they own all of it and can try and cash in on people's love of it. I expect we'll see something more about it later in the future. Probably nothing good, but we'll see something.

@TorontRayne I think the game still looks pretty good today. Like 11 years later, I think it's style holds up pretty well. Dunno if an HD collection would be necessary. But maybe EA will release one so they maintain their rights to the IP and so we'll never get a sequel again.

Tactics is fucking awesome with bug fixes.

I always lamented its relative shortness. I always activate the Springfield mission, and I wanted to find somehow to include the demo missions into the game, just to make it last longer. Btw, NMA hosted a continue-playing-after-end fix afaik, but no longer does, and I cannot find. Digging up encounters is a fun past-time, rather than do before final mission imo

Man Zegh try Xconn's mod then. It turns it into open world with tons of new towns.

@Richwizard thanks for info. The fact that there are less talking heads is an off putting thing.

It's about a lot more than talking heads. The engine has some major improvements, and it's a much bigger world with more stories and things to do. If you like the original game, F2RP is definitely worth playing.

@Richwizard Yeah I really do like F2, but it really frustrates me to see what could've been if they had more dev time.

Same shit that was in the last one bugs me, like the executions, powerups...the way they market the game with Doom Guy doing a jump kick.
Story looks good. Heaven looks interesting.
7/10 would bang the developers head with brass knuckles.

@TorontRayne Art Design wise I think its more in alignment with the original games then the 2016 game was. They tried convincing us that the giant moose looking demon was the cyber demon and now here they are with a more faithful design to the original. Same with mancubus and the fallen soldiers.

That cyberdemon was the prime offender. Imps looked good.

Yeah Marvel movies as a whole aren't really worth my money. I see some of them when a friend lets me borrow it or if it's on the double feature at the drive-in. 6 dollars for two movies for two people ain't bad.

@TorontRayne I can agree with that, some people act like all the films are perfect or whatever but nah some of them are really, really bad (Incredible Hulk). But most are alright to good.

@AureliusofPhoenix No, but throughout the game every time he tried to show off and epic failed i yelled "Seems like someone on the bench is more qualified than you 21." It took him like 50 shots to make 1- 3 pointer. Best part was that he was on the opposing team. That game yesterday was the rival game between our two high schools.
