I'd say so. Enderal's utterly fantastic and has like 50-80 hours of content with no radiant generation, before the expansion it'll come along with for the Steam release. It does have to be 2011 Skyrim, mind. Does't need the DLC. They do plan to port it to SKSE eventually but that's pretty far down the line.
And anyway, Skyrim 2011 is the version with the most mods to it, if you ever want to check out non TC stuff.
