I heard Warband is the go-to definitive edition, but at least I got the original dirt cheap and now that I'm picking up its gameplay I'm sure Warband will be even better experience and I'm planning to get it in the future.

Isn't Warband dirt cheap by now? Anyway, you should look into the Napoleon + Viking DLCs, they're both great in their own right.

Now that you love it, prepare for the hype train that is Bannerlord.

@Ayelander when I say dirt-cheap, I mean I got the original during sales. I planned to get Warband and pay it full price in the future. Heard the DLCs have a lot of flaws though, and I got an impression they don't even hold a candle to the best mods but I'll look into them one day.
