I never watched a game stream, so I'll ask those who do: What do people even do when streaming, like - with loot and stuff? Like - I can spend 20 minutes double-searching a location for worthless loot, then another 10 minutes rumaging and classifying shit in my inventory, then another 20 minutes bartering
Idk because if I watch something like that I watch specific parts to get either the story bits or info on the game, not watch the whole thing boring looting and menus included.
Probably to get a look at games outside the carefuly chosen footage used for promotional material, some people also watch it because they have no other way to experience it due to money issues and the like. I am trying to watch Legends Arceus streams to see more of the game because I am impatient, but nobody streaming seems to know how to play an rpg or read.
I don't usually watch streamers, and one of the biggest reasons why I don't is exactly that. Streamers just ignoring/not noticing obvious stuff right in front of their eyes.
It really annoys me.
It has something to do with what's expected of being a streamer; you have to tip-toeing between playing a game AND entertaining the chat, like noticing what they're saying. Which is the wrong approach in the first place; actually playing the game as you are should've been entertaining enough
