I have no idea, to be honest. It's pretty old, so it will probably have conflicts with more modern mods. It might also have been made with (by now) obsolete techniques.
I haven't played FO4 in many years. And since I don't like the game I also don't really follow FO4's modding scene.

I just wish Fallout 4 New Vegas is released soon. It sucks when you really wanted to emulate NCR development, but with classic gamebyro New Vegas it's just not fun.

In essence I am basically bored by just playing OWB mod in HoI4. I want to witness the live action instead of map painting.

There is also that the only reason I want to play Fallout 4 right now is to do Automatron DLC. I really love the robot customization, ideally Securitron Vault in New Vegas should be gigantic robot reassembly facility for that.
