Seriously, I flipping hated how the choices you made really didn't matter in the end.
I never understood why these types of interactive stories people call "games" are always praised so much. It usually never has real choices, so it's like we're watching a movie that tells us to choose what happens next, but everything is ultimately the same, no matter what.
