I have recently taught myself how to use the Creation Kit, I'm far from an expert but I'm getting pretty competent at it.

Novac mod is a solid lil one. Excited to see this Fiends mod. God knows that the Vegas outskirts and the Fiends could have used some more love in the base game.

A World of Pain did some of that but it did a lot of dumb shit so I modded it to be less dumb with AWOP Tweaks.

Maybe I'm just super picky but I fucking hated AWOP, it felt very "moddy" which isn't the kind of content I look for in mods.

But yeah @Hardboiled Android I put that together pretty much over the course of a single afternoon while I taught myself basic GECK functions and commands.
