It's not just that, it's the meaninglessness of the lack of permanence to any event in the city at all. I can't get invested when it's like nothing that happens actually happens.

I am too and for the record they have done that with the more modern Loony Tunes. My point is One Punch Man is like a dumb DBZ show so expect humor and good action and little else.

Maybe at a different point in my life I could enjoy something like that more. Episode of the week funsies basically. But I dunno, if a chapter's events doesn't matter then I feel like it is just pointless to read.
