  • I hate living in America with its car-centric city design. The more I live here, the more suffocating it feels since commuting by public transport, walking, and biking isn't feasible. I wish I were somewhere else, like the Netherlands, which seems to do the exact opposite in urban design compared to America.

    I wish I were still living in D.C. since it's decently walkable and it's not too loud or crowded like New York, but the problem with D.C. and other decently walkable cities in America is that it's getting expensive due to gentrification, giving me and others not much options but to move out and be forced to use cars.

    Are you originally from somewhere else? I live out in the country but have to go into the city to shop and things can still get expensive.
