No Mutants Allowed

Does it actually work well or is it like every other one of these "multiplayer mods" that have come and gone over the years?

When I saw the first footage I was sure it was faked, but they're moving onto beta testing so it must be legit. My only concerns are quests and map size- how will quests function in mp, and isn't the world a bit... small?

I looked it up. It looks a lot better than ones that have come before it but after a good 6 years of these kind of mods sprouting up only to end up going nowhere I'll keep my optimism cautious.
