I don't even know how this is even possible to happen but w/e. Hopefully the new drivers will save me!

What GPU?

Radeon r9 290x. Seems like when i formated my computer the drivers started to fuck things up. Seems good now but you never know.

Radeon drivers suck. I'm going Nvidia next go around.
