More like bullshit what happened to ashi. It only makes sense for ashi to disappear if future jack arrived BEFORE past jack was sent to the future. The way its presented ee have a temporal causality loop on our hands and therefore ashi wouldn't disappear.

@R.Graves I feel like Genndy made Ashi disappear anyways despite the odds, so the ending would have some sort of consequence.

But the problem is it makes no sense.
