'Tis the season, bud. Liquids, exercise, and simple hygienic practices are all you need to fight it. I had mine about a month ago and got over it in less than a week.
I try to exercise as much as I can, but when I'm this sick, my body just says "AW HELL NAW" and locks up on me. My muscles ache, my limbs are stiff and no amount of painkillers can stop the nasty cramps I get when I exert myself.
I know there's some generalizations you can make with illnesses, but this is just how the cold affects me. It's the same way flu shots always give me a horrible, horrible flu and cherries and cucumbers always give me stomach issues. It's a personal issue.
