Songs from the radio. If you dowload the patch, then the songs are removed regardless if you play online or offline. Rockstar lost the licensing rights to a bunch of songs in the GTA 4 radio stations.

Not downloading the patch is what everyone on GTAF is doing, though this shouldn't of happened to begin with. Certainly not with pre-existing copies.
