Problem is you are facing the computer with another player. You can't injure AI and have multiple real life players without out of sync. It works...
You have to place "single player spawns" and correctly set the player index and correctly set the player number for the characters on the map....

Have you disabled music and sounds in the editor? Try changing to dolby sound or no 3d sound also. In the NMA files there is updated Miles drivers.
Are you patched to vs1.27?
