    You can use Science or Repair on the yellow ones to deactivate them temporarily IIRC.

    If if it the ones you can walk through then my memory is a bit foggy but I think there might be computers that can temporarily shut them down. Honestly though, I'd just rush through them and leave the companions outside if possible.
