Hello everyone, This is my first thread ever on the forum, since i have joined yesterday. I plan to replay FNV very soon, and i would love to roleplay as a Brotherhood of Steel Scribe. What would be the best Build ( SPECIAL, Traits, Perks, Weapons ) for a Scribe character ?
