why is it every female companion in a new vegas mod besides Eliza and Charlie always gets fetishized and is pure waifu bait? there isnt enough food to get fat.

it seems odd we don't have that many critiques of 1 and 2. we get reviews but critiques arnt as numerous as something like deus ex or baldurs gate series. chris davis made some but he pretty much told people not to play them as they are old. did the same shit with arcanum to.

when new california let you join the enclave and had no issues with it.

saxxon's quest collection also feels like vanilla content. but it has bad sound quality at times and some npcs arnt voiced. but he does plan on remaking it this year so those issues will go away.

i don't get it either. i thought the mind set for mods was to add things that are missing from the vanilla game. atlest that was someguy2000's mindset when he made new vegas bounties and king of the ring. or th3overseer who tends to flesh out areas that are lacking like red rock canyon or west...

it got so bad they had to remove the enslaveing in a hot fix.

thats why adding enclave still doing experiments under ncr notice is 2nd to having dc stuff being in the new vegas area when it comes to mod pet peeves.

the hb bomber guy video has alot of good points like how every quest is desighnd to point to other locations. this video is also pretty good. near the end he goes into something not alot of critiques do. about new vegas's meta narrative about letting go of the series in general.

yeahs thats why alot of the enclave mods that have them be involved makes no sense. the remnants were in hiding and keeping a low profile but alot of these mods have them doing experiments with the ncr either the ones allowing it or not noticing.

yeah like in death's last whisper the ncr allows an enclave member from the dc wasteland to do his experiment as long as the gives them his findings. . whitch seems really out of character to me as the ncr hate the enclave.

not really the tone has gotten softer since 4. it's why i see so many call some new vegas mods that try to stick to the tone edgy when new vegas was the last mature/dark game in the series. reminds me of what happened to dragon age in the 3rd game.

the mod team was comprised of those that helped make new vegas more playable. be it bug fixing mods and gameplay mods. but they really should have moved to 4 if they really wanted to make a combat focused fallout mod as alot of those in new vegas tend to have issues.

i agree with the monk temple. it feels really out of place in the fallout setting. it would have fit better in a fantasy rpg.

i just had this thought of if we see 1 , 2 and nv as a trilogy villain wise the legion feels like a downgrade from the master's army and the enclave. we went from a prewar American army to a bunch of raiders.

so according to / v/ the mod authors are fallout 3 fanboys. this would explain why they consider the ncr, legion, and enclave trump supporters and why most likely the brotherhood of steel is considered the best option of the 3 paths.

well all those that got mad at the " ncr and legion supporters are trump supporters." got banned.

you can atlest see th3overseer cares about the series compared to the frontier. yeah he will make meta jokes like joe tully's " muh roads." legion rant in headhunting but for the most part he cares about the lore.

i'd recommend th3ovseer's mods if you enjoyed someguy's. he fills in the same niche. i'd throw in autumn leaves as well. it really does feel like it's a dlc.
