Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

Take your time. The result is probably going to be very, very worth it so I (and I think many others too) can wait :)

PARPG - a nuclear winter RPG moving towards a 2nd techdemo

For some apocalyptic inspiration, look for pictures of the abandoned Chernobyl area in Ukraine. It happened merely a little more than 22 years ago, but nature has fully recovered (and more) in the meantime. Granted, no bombs went off there (except from a hell of a non-nuclear explosion in the...

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

The issues are that if you use the NPC Armor Mod (which I really like), your NPCs sometimes fail to level up.

    EPA

Are you using the Restoration Project, the MegaMod or the independent EPA mod? And do you have EPA on your map and looking for a way into the bunker, or are you looking for a way to find the EPA's map location in the first place?

Will 1.3 include a fix for the NPC Armor leveling bug?

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

@ Killap & Darek If I understand correctly, the crash I had in the Hubologist area had to do with having too many items on me and in the car trunk (I used them as barter currency :)). So if I'll get rid of all unnecessary items the bug won't occur, would it?

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

The same bug (the fruits referred to as "apples") appeared when Ann from the Vault City Village first asked me to get her the food delivery. All subsequent references (including the Pip Boy status) called them just "fruits".

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

If I understand this correctly, if I don't speak to Juan and Vikki, the crash won't happen at all, right? But then, how would I get to the Hubologist stash? IIRC the guard there asks question which require you to read the Jan-Vikki holodisk... Or am I wrong?

Fallout 2 Restoration Project Gameplay Thread

On a similar note, do the Army manuals, cigarettes, pesticides, dog food and machine oil have a purpose?

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

Regarding the Hubologist crash, the only thing joining the Hubologists changes outside of their base is IIRC your reputation (and reception/conversation) in SF-China; maybe the crash is related to this?
