Cheers, found the solution for t6he Toxic Caves bug, but didn't see anything related to the BOS bunker location. For anyone else with that Toxic Cave problem, here is a solution that works for me and some others. Save your game there (at the toxic caves), then exit the game, restart the game...

I have these 'problems' too. The BOS base is in the ocean on my game, I had assumed you would need a vertibird to fly there since the BOS man in SanFran told me I couldn't get there by foot? (this is with V. 2.32) Also the BOS bunker is bugged for me too. I am a friend to the BOS, but these...
