But that assumes that all the music that was placed in the vaults was over 100 years old when the bombs fell. Surely there was some modern music that ended up in the vaults or a backwater that didn't get a lot of EMP effects?

I'd like to have multiple companions at once. Then again, the game would have to be rebalanced or it'd be way too easy.

I really hope that whoever thought up the gun mods has never touched or studied firearms. The idea that someone who does use firearms made these is inconceivable.

Skyrim also has a skill system. FO4 has skills only if you consider the perks to be skills (which a few do function as).

I got around it by starting the FO4 launcher, then starting NMM and reselecting all the mods.

Dunno about the vault experiments. Freezing people, eugenics/Ender's Game, whatever it was that Vault 81 was up to (I can't remember now). I'll have to visit the Vault that Valentine is rescued from again, too, as I don't recall seeing what their experiment was.

The graphic effects tend to be pretty good; I'm also glad to see weapon and armor repair go away (mostly).

That gamma gun is a pretty lame one. The board is just too much. I may have seen something similar to both of those at some point, but I was mostly ignoring them until I saw the rolling pin. I miss having tricked-out personal weapons as the special weapons. Like Crni, I don't think magic...

I've got the beta patch. I get CTDs now when I didn't before. It's not frequent, but it happens after fast travel. At least I don't lose much. Their "remapping" doesn't allow you to break out the additional functions bound to the L-ALT and E keys, which is what I was really hoping to see.

Sounds like I'll pick it up from GOG at some point. Thanks guys.
