    No, it's the same chance calculation as in Fo1. Don't know if you played with Fixt before, but it did various changes to encounters that can distort what you remember. PS: Having a rope in your inventory will prevent you from slipping off of rocks. That's a new feature in ettu.

    Nah, the message shows always, it's just that it will also print the additional "you see nothing out of ordinary" etc. that is defined in the proto file. With script_overrides, you are overriding / preventing the default game action.

    We also have modding tools. :D It's not super hard to make Fo2 mods, it's just that nobody wants to learn how to do it. Sorry but if you want to make a mod, you gotta learn how it works.

    dude_obj You should read the mapper manual which comes with script references. Also read and watch the tutorials that are linked here on the board.

    You should use the RPU, which is newer and comes with a later version of Sfall by default.
