The only problem is that I might have to take some initial shots from Horrigan, and I can't equip any armour, so I'd need to fight every Enclave I come across. I could give it a try, but it would be a hell of a task.

This looks really good, you're talented. I'm guessing we're looking at a good 6 or so years until completion? You'll need voice actors and stuff, which is going to take time, and then all of the quests you'll want to put in. Let's just hope Bethesda doesn't file a cease and desist.

Thanks! I'm not sure that it's possible. Frank Horrigan would be a son-of-a-bitch to kill, without the turrets, without armour, I don't think I'd even survive the first round of shots. The rest of the game would be possible I think.

Ok, here's my unpopular opinion. Fallout 2 was only interesting because Tim Cain wrote the entire story arc before leaving interplay, and Fallout 3 (Van Buren) wouldn't have been as good as people think it would.

I agree, the engine is unpolished, not being able to run, easier combat etc. I always play my Fallout game in 600 x 400, it gives me that old school feel :D

I just love that at the start of the game, it's just 'Go and do this mission'. then towards the end, the game is throwing this robot invasion thing at you, with 'key' characters like barnakey going missing.
