I believe it would be safe to say I can layer the Megamod on top of Killaps Restoration patch. Or is that far too ambitious. Forgive my ignorance since I have not fiddled with my Fallout 2 since I put the Restoration patch on.

Why not have Obsidian do Fallout in a CRPG form like how they do Pillars of Eternity etc... They do the old school treatment, using the Western part of the US as lore, while Beth focuses on everything East of the Mississippi.
