That's the point. I don't like it. I don't feel it. I'm doing it against myself, and it's always a lot of time wasted on some crappy thing I wouldn't like even if it had no mistakes. I'm just annoyed, that it doesn't work as good as it should, but I'd be annoyed even if it did work well. It's...

Not that weird, actually, provided, that I spent a good 4 years strictly developing my own style. It is a direct reflection of the way I perceive the world and I actually have loads of fun while using it. I don't feel the other style, I'm unfamiliar with it and it takes me too much time to look...

As I once said to Wooz - I suck at non-cartoony drawings, as is evident. I am trying to break myself, but I just don't seem to get it. And I can rarely tell what's wrong with a non-cartoony picture of mine, as I cannot believe it's me who drew it. It's so unnatural . . . Fists, you made an...

    Does Fallout...

Harder to obtain, not less. Pretty much every city guard could have a gun and all merchants could sell them, but they must be hard to get at lower levels, thus becoming more valuable. And I'm all for the different quality of the same weapon. And I want moar revolvers.

I always wanted to draw this - I intended to call it 'A Boy and His Dog', but it ended just as being The Vault Dweller. I hope you guys like it.

I really do think, that guns should be rare, nonetheless. Sure, a guy with good melee skills could survive vs. a gun in theory. In a largely inhabited setting tho, guns should be like the Unique and Set items in Diablo (even rarer) and ammo could be like bottle caps - money in its own right. I...

    Does Fallout...

I love Baldur's Gate. It's just nowhere near my love to Fallout. Which is strange, because I started watching out for Science Fiction and PA settings because of Fallout. Before that it was only "pixies, magic and all that stuff" (Meaning warriors and dragons, in general). I've seriously...

    Does Fallout...

Fallout 2 is the best cRPG. Baldur's Gate 2 is more like a Dungeon Crawl with the DnD system attached. Unkillable people, obligatory quests . . . especially since I played it after Fallout. Most of the times you have only one way to solve a quest. I haven't played STALKER, so I couldn't say...

    Does Fallout...

Bethesda never even tried to explore the roleplaying capabilities of its titles. And the scaling down of the world around you is a crappy idea. Just cause they failed doesn't mean it can't be done. Stats in rpg were originally to put some boundaries on what can and cannot be done, and the DM is...

Cannot really kill a bigger animal with them, though. And are definitely not intimidating. But provided, that we have over 500,000 AK-47's in army barracks and we are actually still producing them, with gun stores at every few steps, I could easily obtain a gun around here after a bomb fell, if...

With computers to store all the knowledge you might need inside your vault? And people around with nothing better to do than tinker rifles and such? Probably yes. I think I could manage to do a pipe rifle and move on to the revolver. I have some gun literature, so if I needed I could check...

    Does Fallout...

Not Oblivion style, I was thinking more along the lines of Dungeon Siege 1. The overly simple system there could have made for excellent role-playing, if anyone had actually thought about implementing that. RPG =\= Shitloads of stat sheets. Most PnP RPG gamemasters actually hide the stats. It's...

I have not, and will not, play Fallout 3. But, since we're just discussing general changes, I'd say that you shouldn't raise skills manually. After you've set up your general character, you should raise them by using them. If you use small guns, you become proficient. You sill could be taught...

    Does Fallout...

You know, that's just what I was thinking of recently. Making guns and ammo extremely rare (therefore prized) in Fallout Online would be exactly the thing to balance the game out. And low HP. I'm thinking 10 hp with approx 2 hp/lvl progression, so a gun could make all the difference. Thus a 310...

Fallout rare entries contest (Rnd 3, page 4, deadline 0621)

Per, I think you should hold another round. In fact I thought it was just what you did, when I saw that the last post was yours.

If your character had the option to settle down in a F2 town

Klamath, I'm pretty sure. With Sulik, Smiley and John Sullivan around to teach me stuff I'd be a fucking monster by the time anything happens to threaten me in any way.

THE PUNISHER Warzone w/ Titus Pullo !

Considering the fact, that it's a low-budget movie directed by a female German kick-boxer, I say it was more than fucking awesome. I watched it three times, and Ray just nailed the look. For a first attempt it's pretty awesome. And better than both previous movies. Lundgren's abomination is...

Many people will get it - John K. is an asshole and the Iron Giant is better than all his work combined, despite the fact, that I am a big cartoon fan. SuAside does have a point, tho. Just because it's cartoony doesn't mean it should be half-assed. It wouldn't have cost me that much effort to...

Sooo . . . I have some stuff to do before I get on with one Raiders Piece, one Vault City piece, one New Reno piece and one more Arroyo. In the meantime I colored this sketch from a few months ago. The Holy Trinity of FO2, Vic, Sulik and Cassidy.
