Does anyone know the scale for the numerical values of WorldMapEncounterRate in the ddraw.ini? I'm trying to set it to half the rate it is by default in the RPU. All the comment says is higher numbers mean fewer encounters, but without knowing the scale I can't tell how much of a difference I'm...
