There is one quest in the cliff´s edge envolving a stitcha outcast. If you kill it you get payed with money and an useful item. If you get it back to it´s people you only get gratitude from the orphans.

Yes. About 15 hours, but I missed some quests, and some of them I didn´t finished. And at the end of the game I still had some quest items with me, before the final stage at least.

Try fallout 1, 2 and new vegas. No behemonts, deathclaws are deadly creatures and you´ll have a better plot and writing.
