    mib88 mega mod 2.41 problem!!

    i have reinstal fallout 2 then i instal mega mod ,patch 2.25.2 ,2.4 , 2.41 end i have this problem klint forget his level end geko don't drop skin should i instal this that way or skip instaling patch 2,4?
