The only series I followed was the X-men comics, and that goes back a reaallly far way, and has ALOT Of crap and tie in and crossed universe stuff, and it is kind of a hassle to get into.

Sounds like the the sprites haven't been tagged to the correct models somehow, why not backup your save and re-install Fallout 2 and then the RP

I like powerful perks in Fallout, without a max level I feel like they would reduce the impact of perks accordingly.

My solution in shooting them in the eyes. In the end the weaponry you have access to usually far outclasses the armor you are going up against. (Enclave Patrols/Master's remnants/Deathclaws being the exceptions to this) There are fixes, but aimed shots make ammo choice redundant.

Sometimes while doing arena fights in the RP my game goes black screen, but mine usually results in an eventual crash. I haven't found a solution for it, nor does it occur every time. I've just decided to end every fight as quickly as possible. (To the head aimed crits)
