Well, I looked on the wiki and it said on the PS3 the bodies don't appear so I've never seen them. And again, a raider will attack you for no reason other than to kill you, a Powder Ganger will other confront you if you have something they want.

And not all convicts are bad people, some are horrible monsters some just commited theft, some are even innocent.
