Fallout 3 had animations for limping when you had crippled legs so I don't know if it would be that hard to add the drunken animation for another status effect.

A review embargo doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. Arkham Asylum and Starcraft 2 had embargos. I would like to read reviews before buying NV though, mainly to see how buggy it is.

Well if you notice you cant really hear any sound effects. I think the music was added later, unless for some reason they turned down the sound effects but not the music.

Didn't one of the trailers show a scene with rocket ships flying randomly and crashing...somehow I doubt the ghouls make it into space.
