The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remake/Remaster.

https://elderscrolls.bethesda.net/en/article/5tFF7zRQyRL9XzJK5AidPa/the-elder-scrolls-iv-oblivion-remastered-extended-look Sounds like they did something to the levelling at least, so maybe that part is slightly less stupid. I can't tell if they recorded all dialogue again or only tweaked it...

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remake/Remaster.

I think the trick was to do the opposite, pick unused main skills and never level them up, then level up your real main skills so you're max level in swords or axes or whatever and kill everything in 1 hit even though you're level 1? Great system, ripe to remake with no changes.

Fallout Tactics: Essential for the Classic Collection?

It's not really the same type of game, so you can skip it, but it's not an outright bad game, so try it if you like tactical games. It basically comes "free" in the collection anyway, right?

Traveling merchant dialog doesn't want to work.

Yes, if memory serves there are some random encounter merchants who only sell to negative karma characters and some who only sell to positive. I don't know anything about selling the alien blaster though. Edit: it's not him, ctrl+f "Willy" in Per's guide...

    Will Fallout 3 be remembered?

Btw, if you guys didn't know, that poll is bugged, as are all old polls from before 2010 or so. https://www.nma-fallout.com/threads/uefa-euro-2008-thread.179744/ Some kind of forum move migration issue screwed all the old poll choices. It looks kinda funny, thought I'd mention it :p

    Fallout (1997) 1.0 vs 1.1

They're in the zip file here: https://www.nma-fallout.com/resources/fallout-official-v1-1-patch-windows.50/ 1.0 of Fallout is totally fine, and doesn't really require patching, bugs are very rare. I think most versions you can get from steam or gog already has 1.1 installed already too.

Fallout Bakersfield is real and I have a evidence of it's existence

Some guy called red888guns has a thing on Boosty (Russian patreon) for a project called Fallout Bakersfield. I don't recall this guy or the project, so I removed the links originally because I didn't know what Boosty was. You can just google boosty and his name to find it I think. As Zaius...

    Fallout renewed for another season

Silo is a good show that doesn't really have the baggage of Fallout, so watch that. Although I haven't read the book it's based on, so maybe it does have some baggage, I dunno. Also I haven't seen the Fallout show.

The Digital Antiquarian on the history of Fallout

I think it was also just more common to have that quick help guide on the F1 button, so people were used to pressing it first thing when trying a new game and learning the ropes and shortcuts and so on? But now people forget it exists and get stuck not knowing what half the interface means.

How to set CORRECT widescreen resolution for Fallout 2

This may be a video card setting that you can fix if you want to just play in the original resolutions with black bars on the sides. https://www.gog.com/forum/general_archive/old_games_stretched_on_new_widescreen_monitors...

    Fallout 1 name question

Well, it has Chris Avellone the bounty hunter. I think he's on the followers map? I heard he comes after you when you're a childkiller, but have never confirmed.

I do not remember this actually, so I've removed the shady links and website name, but I dunno if this is legit. It sounds shady. Edit: damn ninjas
