Sure, the map of FO4 is alright. But it's a map that I did feel alone on. From the lack of NPC settlements to the shallow settlements you create and the rest of the map being filled with hostiles, yeah, I feel alone in it.
In New Vegas for example you could find NPC's, locations etc...
Uh, it's not actually. Not on these issues at least.
How is GTA different from Real Life when it comes to the background of a society?
Anyway, I'm too tired to hear someguys37's bullshit and start dissecting GTA now...
Are we talking about GTA? The Action/Adventure, Not-RPG, game series? And for your knowledge, when you create a universe you need to show between many other things what the people in the story eat. If you want to tell a nice story at least. If the universe is the same as in real life, like in...
So GTA is the same, so what? How's that an argument?
Dr Fallout, I was sarcastic. someguy34 keeps on pointing out that Brahmin Milk is the backbone of FO3
And by the way, FO1 and FO2 were developed in such a manner that some things existed but were not seen. Like in a book.
FO4 is more like...real life in terms of "universe" that you can see.
I can't remember everything from the old FO's but some cities were shown in text by having more areas...
First of all the manner in which I formulated the question was "Will Bethesda e able to make a fo game where you don't start in the vault" so I didn't say it's an "issue" but I just wonder on the possibility of seeing a new FO in the future where you don't start in a vault. On the other hand, I...
Oh right, I forgot about that there were plenty of muitfruit farms. :)
So your answer to my question is: They didn't have any renewable source of carbs, lived mostly from hunting dangerous radiated animals?
Can your healthy human brain tell me what the people of the Wasteland did in order to populate and reproduce from 2077 until 2277 with a "lack of clean water preventing farming"? I don't even want to know the answer actually...
I thought I was talking about FO3/FO4/FutureFallouts on a Fallout forum? And regarding your reply "the only game they didn't show farms is fallout 3"...Fallout 3 is the only other fallout game they made, lol?
...make a fallout game where you don't start in a vault?
...stop creating stupid and unneeded reasons for the Super Mutants to exist? (except west coast few remnants but not in DC ffs)
- Even the Brotherhood of Steel should fall into that category IMO. Both BOS and SM have long served their...
Yeah, imagine if vault 81 asked for something like 3 fusion cores or something stupid like that to allow the institute agents inside.
If a synth agent would get in, for killing 10 molerats and getting a cure, he would get a nice residence too!
I felt at some point that the game will require me to get a certain number of settlements to a certain level in order to proceed with the ending, something like "gathering the people" to support the faction you sided with. Nothing happened, not even ending slides for the other locations.
